Stress Less for the Test (For Teachers)
Stress Less for the Test is a comprehensive three-class program designed to help students manage test anxiety and optimize their academic performance through evidence-based stress management techniques.
The course teaches a systematic three-step approach: daily brain training, day-to-day stress management , and in-test techniques. Additionally, the program covers six peak performance strategies.
While focused on test performance, the course emphasizes that these stress management and resilience skills will serve students throughout their lives in any high-pressure situation, from sports and presentations to job interviews and beyond.
